From video link to an owned cooking record

Cookerage captures YouTube and Facebook cooking links, imports useful public metadata, and keeps manual editing available when extraction fails. Recipes support structured ingredients, method notes, galleries, attachments, and cooking attempts.

Private work and community sharing stay separate

Only deliberately shared recipe fields reach Community. Private notes, cooking attempts, planned dates, non-cover uploads, and ingredient photos remain account-owned, while copies become independent Want-to-try snapshots.

Production-backed staging without duplicate data

Staging and production intentionally share the production recipe database and uploads. Every staging write is therefore treated as a production write, with no copied staging dataset or fixture reset.
